Privacy

Public website privacy and safe-use notice.

AliTechGrid aims to minimize data collection and does not require sensitive information to use the public Solution Engine or Credential Studio samples.

Public website

The AI Solution Engine included in this launch build runs client-side in the browser and does not require an external AI API to produce its Blueprint. Public certificate samples do not create or register valid credentials.

Analytics

Google Analytics may load on the production alitechgrid.com domain to understand aggregate website usage. Avoid placing personal or sensitive information in URLs or public form fields.

Contact

If you contact AliTechGrid by email, phone or WhatsApp, the information you provide is handled through those service providers and used to respond to your inquiry.

Sensitive information

Do not submit protected student data, health information, credentials, confidential institutional material or other sensitive information through public website interactions.

Future authenticated services

Credential issuance, private AI analysis, institutional workspaces and other authenticated services should have separate privacy, retention, security and access-control terms before production use.

Website forms & guide

Privacy-first launch behavior

The FacultyOS demo request, AI Collaboration Match Preview, organization/individual Collaboration Profile form and AliTechGrid website guide operate locally in your browser in this launch build. The FacultyOS and Collaboration Network forms do not automatically upload or store your entries on an AliTechGrid web database. Information leaves the browser only when you deliberately choose a communication channel such as email or WhatsApp. The Collaboration Profile requires an email address so AliTechGrid can respond after you send the request. No public profile, network affiliation record or partner status is created by submitting the form.

Future collaboration workspace

If AliTechGrid later introduces authenticated collaboration workspaces, saved opportunity records or approved participant directories, those services should use a controlled Canadian-hosted data store with encryption, role-based access, audit logging, explicit consent and documented retention/deletion rules before production use.

Do not enter sensitive information. Initial inquiries should not contain protected student records, passwords, health or financial data, confidential client information, or regulated institutional data.
